The 2015 Palmer Cup at Rich Harvest Farms showcased a high-level international battle between the game’s top male collegiate players from the United States and Europe, played in the spirit of the Ryder Cup and under the vision of Arnold Palmer. Team USA entered the weekend with momentum after taking a 6–4 lead in Friday’s team matches, then surged ahead with a dominant singles performance on Saturday to build a commanding advantage. Needing just two points on Sunday, the Americans quickly closed out the competition, with University of Texas’s Beau Hossler securing the final point to clinch the Cup. The victory marked another strong showing for the United States in one of collegiate golf’s most prestigious events, while also serving as a memorable occasion as one of the final Cups attended in person by Arnold Palmer.
